Defendant Quality Reinforcing, Inc.'s unopposed Motion to Compel Plaintiff's Discovery Responses and for Monetary Sanctions is GRANTED. (ROA 78.) Plaintiff is ordered to serve verified responses to Defendant's Form Interrogatories – General (Set One), Form Interrogatories – Employment Law (Set One), and Requests for Production of Documents (Set One) on or before November 17, 2023.

Defendant's request for monetary sanctions is also granted. (Code Civ. Proc. § 2023.010(d).) However, the court reduces the amount of sanctions to $1,350.00 for 6 hours of attorney time at an hourly rate of $225.00, in light of the fact that no opposition or reply papers were filed.
