Specifically, the deadline for class members to cash their checks has not yet passed, and after this date, the administrator anticipates transfer of funds to the California State Controller's Office. (O'Connor Decl. ¶¶ 17-18.) The administrator anticipates remitting any uncashed funds to the Controller's Office by March 29, 2024.

Accordingly, the court orders this Settlement Compliance Hearing CONTINUED to April 26, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.

Plaintiff is to file an updated declaration from the settlement administrator on or before April 17, 2024.
