Plaintiff's Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement and Request for Attorney's Fees, Costs, and Service Award (ROA 57) is GRANTED.

Settlement administration costs are approved in the amount of $15,790.00. (Bench Decl. ¶ 21.) Plaintiff's request for a service award is granted, but reduced to $5,000.00 based on the court's review of his supporting declaration.

Plaintiff's request for attorney fees is granted, but reduced to $297,600.00, or 31% of the common fund, after the court conducted a lodestar cross-check.

Plaintiff's request for costs is granted in the amount incurred of $19,696.84. (Blumenthal Decl. ¶ 16 and Exh. 4-5.) The court sets a compliance hearing for January 10, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. Plaintiff is to file a declaration from the administrator regarding the status of disbursement on or before December 31, 2024.

Plaintiff is to submit a revised Proposed Order and Judgment to reflect the revised service award and attorney fee award and the compliance hearing/deadline within five (5) days.
