Plaintiff Sanctuary Retreat Properties, LLC's motion to enforce the Court's judgment (ROA # 369) is denied.

It appears from the information provided by defendants that the catchment tank has been removed. As such, it is unnecessary for the court to make an order as to items # 1, 2, 3 and 5 in plaintiff's proposed order (ROA # 373).

As to item # 4 in plaintiff's proposed order (an award of attorney fees), the court is not persuaded that an award of attorney fees should be made in this instance.

This is the tentative ruling for an appearance (remote or in person) hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, November 3, 2023. If no party appears at the hearing, this tentative ruling will become the order of the court as of November 3, 2023.
