Judgment creditor 777 Equipment Finance, LLC's motion for an order charging member's interest in a limited liability company (ROA # 71) is granted.

Judgment creditor moves for an order charging Younis' interest in Hrand & Sons Investments, LLC pursuant to CCP §§ 708.310, 708.320 and Corporations Code § 17302(a).

The court has carefully reviewed the arguments, authorities and evidence submitted by both parties.

The court is satisfied that the request for a charging order should be granted. The court finds that the motion requesting a charging order was personally served on Hrand & Sons Investments, LLC's authorized agent for service of process, attorney John Estefanos, on January 29, 2024. ROA # 80, Exhibit 2. The court further finds that the judgment creditor has met its burden of showing that Hrand Younis is a member of the LLC. See Request for Judicial Notice (ROA # 73), Exhibit 1.

The court anticipates signing the judgment creditor's proposed order. ROA # 72.

This is the tentative ruling for an appearance hearing (in person or remote) at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2024. If no party appears at the hearing, this tentative ruling will become the order of the court as of February 23, 2024. If the parties are satisfied with the court's tentative ruling or do not otherwise wish to argue the motion, they are encouraged to give notice to the court and each other of their intention not to appear, though this notice is not required.
