Plaintiff Sleeveless Suits, LLC's unopposed motion to amend judgment (ROA # 102) is granted in part as set forth below.

As to the monetary portion of the proposed amended judgment, the court deems the lack of opposition to be a concession as to the merits of the motion.

As to the proposed portion of the amended judgment nullifying the deadlines contained in the arbitration award, the court does not believe that it is appropriate to include this provision in the amended judgment in light of the representation in the moving papers that all steps necessary to close escrow are expected to occur in the near future. Plaintiff may seek additional relief in the future if necessary.

This is the tentative ruling for an appearance (in person or remote) hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 27, 2023. If no party appears at the hearing, this tentative ruling will become the order of the court as of October 27, 2023. If the parties are satisfied with the court's tentative ruling or do not otherwise wish to argue the motion, they are encouraged to give notice to the court and each other of their intention not to appear, though this notice is not required.
