Judgment Creditor Sleeveless Suits, LLC's unopposed motion to compel post-judgment discovery responses (ROA # 117) is granted as set forth below.

The judgment creditor propounded discovery requests (judgment debtor interrogatories and judgment debtor requests for production) on debtor OTHQ, LLC on November 1, 2023. Israel Decl. (ROA # 117), ¶ 2. According to the judgment creditor, no responses have been received. Id. at ¶ 8.

Judgment Debtor OTHQ, LLC is ordered to provide verified responses to the judgment debtor interrogatories and judgment debtor requests for production pursuant to CCP §§ 708.020 and 708.030.

By failing to respond to the interrogatories and inspection demand in a timely fashion, judgment debtor has waived the right to assert objections pursuant to CCP §§ 2030.290(a) and 2031.300(a). Judgment debtor OTHQ, LLC's verified responses must be sent to Attorney Michael Israel at 301 Mission Avenue, Suite 209, Oceanside, California 92054 by no later than February 20, 2024.

The request for monetary sanctions is granted in the amount of $2,150.78. The sanctions shall be paid by debtor OTHQ, LLC to creditor Sleeveless Suites, LLC on or before February 26, 2024. The court is not persuaded that sanctions should be imposed against OTHQ, LLC's counsel.

This minute order constitutes the court's order. No party is required to submit a proposed order after hearing. However, the judgment creditor should give notice of this order.

This is the tentative ruling for an appearance (in person or remote) hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. If no party appears at the hearing, this tentative ruling will become the order of the court as of January 31, 2024. If the parties are satisfied with the court's tentative ruling or do not otherwise wish to argue the motion, they are encouraged to give notice to the court and each other of their intention not to appear, though this notice is not required.
