Plaintiff Joshua Caro's unopposed motion for preliminary approval of class settlement (ROA # 41) is granted.

Given the risks of litigation and the range of probable results, the settlement, taken as a whole, appears to be fair, reasonable and adequate to all concerned.

The Court will sign plaintiff's proposed order granting preliminary approval of the settlement. The Court will conduct a final approval hearing on Friday, January 12, 2024 at 2:30 pm.
