Plaintiffs' unopposed motion for final approval of class settlement (ROA # 60) is granted.

Given the risks of litigation and the range of probable results, the settlement, taken as a whole, appears to be fair, reasonable and adequate to all concerned.

Therefore, the court approves the settlement and awards attorneys' fees and costs to Class Counsel as requested in the motion. The court also awards settlement administration costs and an incentive award to the Class Representative as requested in the motion.
