Defendant United Site Services, Inc.'s motions to compel discovery responses (ROA # 70-72) are granted.

Defendant propounded discovery requests (form interrogatories, special interrogatories and request for production of documents) on plaintiff Corrin Suzanne Kay on August 18, 2023. See Soll Dec. (ROA #'s 70-72), ¶ 3. According to defendant, no responses have been received. Id. at ¶ 6.

Plaintiff Corrin Suzanne Kay is ordered to provide verified responses to the Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents. By failing to respond to the interrogatories and inspection demand in a timely fashion, plaintiff has waived the right to assert objections. The monetary sanctions shall be paid by plaintiff Corrin Suzanne Kay to defendant United Site Services, Inc. on or before February 8, 2024.

This minute order constitutes the court's order. No party is required to submit a proposed order after hearing.

This is the tentative ruling for an appearance (in person or remote) hearing at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, January 8, 2024. If no party appears at the hearing, this tentative ruling will become the order of the court as of January 8, 2024.
