Defendant propounded discovery requests (special interrogatories) on plaintiff Corrin Suzanne Kay on January 3, 2023. See Panza Dec. (ROA # 92), ¶ 3. According to the moving party, no responses have been received. Id. at ¶ 9.
Plaintiff Corrin Suzanne Kay is ordered to provide full and complete verified responses to the special interrogatories. By failing to respond to the interrogatories in a timely fashion, plaintiff has waived the right to assert objections. Plaintiff Corrin Suzanne Kay's verified responses must be sent to Attorney Robert L. Panza, 11900 West Olympic Blvd., Suite 800, Los Angeles, California 90064 by no later than April 19, 2024.
The request for monetary sanctions is granted in the amount of $800. The full amount requested is not being awarded because the motion is unopposed. Plaintiff Corrin Suzanne Kay shall pay $800 to defendant PCN3, Inc. by April 26, 2024.
This is the tentative ruling for an appearance (in person or remote) hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
