Attorney Stelnick and the law firm of Law Offices of Steffanie Stelnick are relieved upon the filing of a proof of service showing service of the signed order on defendants Upstart Construction, LLC and JKV SPV, LLC.

Limited liability companies are required to be represented by attorneys in order to participate in court proceedings. As such, the court informs Upstart Construction, LLC and JKV SPV, LLC that they need to obtain an attorney to participate in this lawsuit. Upstart Construction, LLC and JKV SPV, LLC should promptly retain an attorney and that attorney should promptly make an appearance in this lawsuit. If that does not occur, then Upstart Construction, LLC and JKV SPV, LLC's answer may be stricken and the case may be adjudicated without further input from Upstart Construction, LLC and JKV SPV, LLC.

Attorney Stelnick is also directed to serve a copy of the minute order on Upstart Construction, LLC and JKV SPV, LLC.
