Plaintiffs' unopposed motions for final approval of the class action settlement (ROA # 39) and for attorneys' fees, costs and incentive award (ROA # 33) are granted.

Given the risks of litigation and the range of probable results, the settlement, taken as a whole, appears to be fair, reasonable and adequate to all concerned.

Therefore, the court approves the settlement and awards attorneys' fees and costs to class counsel as requested in the motion. The court also awards settlement administration costs and an incentive award to class representative Cally Fallenstein as requested in the motion.
