JG Wentworth Originations, LLC's petition for approval of transfer of structured settlement payment rights belonging to Mary Joyner (ROA # 1) is granted.

The court is satisfied that the transfer is in the best interest of the payee, the payee has been advised in writing to seek independent professional advice, the transferee has provided the payee with a disclosure form which is consistent with Insurance Code section 10136, the transfer agreement complies with Section 10138, and the transfer does not contravene any applicable statute or other order of any court or other government authority.

Petitioner shall submit a proposed judgment within 10 days of the date of this ruling.

This is the tentative ruling for an appearance (in person or remote) hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 29, 2023.
