The parties should note that Department 26 (Judge Elaine Lu) will be hearing this motion on April 3, 2023 in Judge Robert Draper’s absence.

Defendant states it has physically lodged the documents to be sealed with the Court. There do not appear to be electronic version of these documents. It is unclear whether the court staff in Department 78 has received the documents that Defendant states it has physically lodged. 

Defendant’s motion to seal is continued to April 7, 2023 at 8:30 am.  No later than April 4, 2023, Defendant is to contact the Judicial Assistant in Department 78 to verify whether whether the court staff in Department 78 has received the documents that Defendant states it has physically lodged.  If the Judicial Assistant indicates that Department 78 has not received the documents that Defendant states it has physically lodged, then Defendant must physically lodge those documents with Department 78 no later than 12 noon on April 4, 2023.

Defendant is to download this order, give electronic notice to all parties, and file proof of service of such no later than 12 noon on April 4, 2023.
