RGC Gaslamp, LLC' Motion to Compel Compliance with Discovery Order is Granted to the extent that the Court adopts the recommendation of the Discovery Referee James A. Roberts (ROA # 1421) as an order of this Court and Helix Electric is ordered to produce any further documents, if any, that are responsive to the Discovery Referee's recommendation and serve a verification of its supplemental production of documents by October 10, 2023.

Any remaining disputes regarding the scope of the Discovery Referee's recommendation are to be referred back to the Discovery Referee for a clarification of his recommendation.

The Court is to hear any oral arguments regarding the Discovery Referee's recommendation regarding Helix's Request for Admissions Set Two and Form Interrogatory 326. (ROA # 1423).
