CASE TITLE: CASE TYPE:
Civil - Unlimited  PI/PD/WD - Other Motion Hearing (Civil) 37-2023-00001192-CU-PO-CTL CHARLES VS TWITCH INTERACTIVE INC [IMAGED] CAUSAL DOCUMENT/DATE FILED: Motion to Appear Pro Hac Vice, 08/18/2023
Attorneys Rachel Groshong, Steven Lovett, and Sara Wadsworth's unopposed Applications for Pro Hac Vice Admission as Counsel for Defendant Intel Corporation are GRANTED. (ROA 92, 96, 100.) The court notes Attorney Groshong and Attorney Wadsworth each filed 'Corrected' Verified Applications. (ROA 108, 109.) The 'corrected' applications fail to explain what has been 'corrected' or why any 'correction' was needed, and the court was unable to discern any substantive changes, aside from the fact that the 'corrected' applications fail to attach the referenced Exhibit A. Moreover, the court did not grant leave to file amended papers. Accordingly, the 'corrected' papers were not considered.
Counsel are reminded that an attorney whose application to appear as counsel pro hac vice has been granted shall pay to the superior court, on or before the anniversary of the date the application was granted, an annual renewal fee of five hundred dollars ($500) for each year the attorney maintains pro hac vice status in the case.
