The application of plaintiff Partners Capital Group, Inc., applies for a writ of possession after hearing is GRANTED.
The application of plaintiff Partners Capital Group, Inc., for a right to attach order and writ of attachment after hearing is GRANTED as against defendant TM Pollinations, Inc. The application for an order directing TM Pollinations to transfer to the levying officer possession of: (1) property in the defendant’s possession; (2) documentary evidence in defendant’s possession of title to property; and (3) documentary evidence in defendant’s possession of debt owed to defendant is GRANTED.
The amount to be secured by the attachment is $558,227.09, which includes estimated costs of $435.00 and estimated allowable attorney fees of $8,047.45. The property sought to be attached for which a method of levy is provided is any property of the defendant, who is not a natural person.
Plaintiff is to post an undertaking of $10,000.00.
The application of plaintiff Partners Capital Group, Inc., for a right to attach order and writ of attachment is GRANTED as against defendant against defendant Thomas Majors. The application for an order directing Majors to transfer to the levying officer possession of: (1) property in the defendant’s possession; (2) documentary evidence in defendant’s possession of title to property; and (3) documentary evidence in defendant’s possession of debt owed to defendant is GRANTED.
The amount to be secured by the attachment is $558,227.09, which includes estimated costs of $435.00 and estimated allowable attorney fees of $8,047.45. The property sought to be attached for which a method of levy is provided is limited to that permissible against a resident defendant who is a natural person as specified in subdivision (c) of Code Civ. Proc. § 487.010
