The court, having reviewed the parties’  4/8/25 Joint Status Report, tentatively sets the case for a Post Mediation Status Conference Trial on 9/2/25. at 8:30 a.m.   The parties shall meet and confer prior to the conference and file a Joint Status Report not later than five days prior to the conference, advising the court of any outstanding discovery and the reasons for which it remains outstanding, providing a date specific schedule for the completion of any remaining discovery, and apprising the court of the results of the parties’ mediation and/or settlement discussions.
