The court, having reviewed the parties’ Case Management Statements, continues the Case Management Conference to September 4, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., in this department.

Trial counsel are ordered to meet and confer, telephonically or in person, to identify remaining discovery including, but not limited, to depositions of the plaintiff and of defendant's "person most knowledgeable," and any vehicle inspection; to establish a schedule for the completion of remaining discovery, and to explore any remaining possibility of settlement including participation in alternate dispute resolution.
