Tentative: CONTINUE to allow Plaintiff to correct the following defects:

(1)  Damages have not been proved. Plaintiff’s declaration and supporting evidence is not sufficient to prove the amount of damages sought. Plaintiff has only submitted proof of $643,338 in special damages. Plaintiff has not submitted proof that she requires $5 million in future medical care, such as a doctor’s note, or any evidence to support her loss of earnings claim.

(2)  The following language should be set forth in paragraph 7 of each proposed judgment: "Any credit on one judgment shall apply to all judgments in this case."
