The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of a Minor (Jordan Beckford, age 10).  The Court finds the settlement is reasonable, however, the court may not sign the petition until items regarding the proposed Special Needs Trust are addressed at the hearing.
