TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Person with Disability. The Court finds the settlement is reasonable. However, a corrected proposed order granting het petition must be filed with the corrected settlement amount after counsel adjusted the amount in costs identified in the previous order.

Accordingly, the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Person with Disability is CONTINUED to May 25, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.. Counsel is ordered to file a corrected proposed order.
