Facts: Plaintiffs sued his
landlord for breach of contract after the ceiling in the living room collapsed
injuring one Plaintiff and destroying their property. Plaintiffs also
complained of mold issues that their landlord failed to remedy. The City of
Glendale Building and Safety inspector found building code violations on the
property.
