TENTATIVE

On March 8, 2022, the Court reviewed the Petitioner’s Expedited Petition to Approve Minor’s Compromise. The court found that the settlement is reasonable, and based thereon, approved and GRANTED the petition.  On June 30, 2022, Petitioner filed new proposed orders, which are in accordance with the petition. 

THE COURT SETS AN OSC RE PROOF OF DEPOSIT RECEIPT for __ at 8:30 a.m. in Department SS-29. No appearance is required if the deposit receipt is filed prior to the hearing.
