TENTATIVE

The Court has reviewed the Expedited Petition to Approve Minor’s Compromise, Areli Soto, age 17. The court finds that the settlement is reasonable. However, the following issues preclude the granting of the petition at this time. The order approving the settlement contains errors. First, counsel has not listed counsel’s costs. Second, Item 8(a)(5) incorrectly states the total allowance of fees is $2,906.26, when it is $2,367.72. Third, Item 8(b) incorrectly states that the balance available for claimant is $2,093.74, when it is $2,632.28. Additionally, counsel should file proof of the reduction for medical expenses from Encino Physicians Med Group.

Counsel is ordered to file a new proposed order correcting the defects and a supplemental declaration with proof of the reduction.
