CONTINUING the matter to allow Plaintiffs to correct the following issues:
1)
Plaintiff must file a request for default judgment
on form CIV-100. Plaintiff may file one CIV-100 as to both plaintiffs.
2)
Damages not proved. Declaration of Plaintiffs and
supporting evidence is sufficient to prove special damages (medical), but
general damages of approximately $1 million are excessive in light of the amount
in special damages. To the extent
Plaintiffs seek $30,000 for property damage, there is no supporting evidence
that this amount has been incurred.
