Tentative: On October 12, 2022, the Court reviewed the request for default judgment, and continued the matter to allow Plaintiff to correct various defects. The Court has reviewed the request for default judgment again. However, Plaintiff has not yet corrected the following defects:

1.      Plaintiff has not filed a request for default judgment on form CIV-100 as required.

2.      Damages have not been proved. The supporting evidence is not sufficient to prove the amount of damages sought. The medical bills attached only amount to $8,125.

Facts:  Plaintiff alleges that his former romantic partner, Defendant, assaulted and battered him on numerous occasions.
