TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of Claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of a Minor (Luna Maria Venezian, age 5). The Court finds the settlement is reasonable. However, the proposed order granting the petition lists medical expenses as $509.11, when the petition states they are $905.11. Also, item 8(a)(3)(a) and (b) of the proposed order should be filled out, listing the medical providers and the amount of expenses to be paid from the settlement proceeds to each.

Accordingly, the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of a Minor (Luna Maria Venezian, age 5) is CONTINUED to January 6, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. Counsel is ordered to file a new proposed order correcting the defects listed above.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
