TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of a Minor (Linda Meneses, Age 9). The Court finds the petition is reasonable, however, the proposed order incorrectly lists $3,536.38 as the total allowance instead of $67,588.57. Further, the total amount authorized for deposit in the blocked order is blank.

Counsel is to correct the defects on the proposed orders and file new orders.
