TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

On August 22, 2022, the Court reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of a Minor (Linda Meneses, Age 9). The Court found the petition reasonable, however, it stated that the proposed order incorrectly lists $3,536.38 as the total allowance instead of $67,588.57. Further, the court noted the total amount authorized for deposit in the blocked order is blank.

Counsel was ordered to correct the defects on the proposed orders and file new orders. However, counsel has not yet done so.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
