Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of Minors (David Garabedyan, age 11, and Sophia Garabedyan, age 10)

TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of Minors (David Garabedyan, age 11, and Sophia Garabedyan, age 10). The court finds the following issues preclude the granting of the petitions at this time:

(1)  No proposed orders granting the petition are filed.

(2)  Counsel has not submitted Attachment 18b(8) with the petitions, which would propose conditions regarding the disposition of the net settlement proceeds.

As such, the Petitions to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of Minors (David Garabedyan, age 11, and Sophia Garabedyan, age 10) are CONTINUED to 11/07/2022. Petitioner is ordered to file the proposed orders and a supplemental attachment regarding the dispositoin of the settlement proceeds.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
