The Court CONTINUES the instant hearing to allow Petitioner to cure the deficiency identified below.

Discussion

The Court has reviewed the instant Petition and finds that it is deficient for the following reason.  The Petition is filed by Irma Lopez, who represents to be Xavier’s guardian ad litem, but the person that was appointed as Xavier’s guardian ad litem was Alma Lopez,  not Irma.  The petition also asks the Court to distribute $45,000 to Irma, who has not been appointed as Xavier’s guardian ad litem, to provide for his general welfare. 

Accordingly, the Court CONTINUES the instant hearing to allow Petitioner to cure this deficiency.

Conclusion

The Court CONTINUES the instant hearing to January 19, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. to allow Petitioner to cure the deficiency identified above.
