TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of a Minor (Xavier Joe Ruiz, age 9). On October 7, 2022, the Court found the settlement is reasonable and based thereon approved and granted the petition. However, counsel was ordered to file a new order to deposit into blocked account and a new proposed order correcting certain defects in the amounts listed on those orders. Now, counsel has corrected the defects and the orders are ready for approval.

The Court also notes that Alma was replaced by Irma as the guardian ad litem by minute order on 7/20/2022.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
