TENTATIVE

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.

The Court has reviewed the Petitions to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of Minors (Mia Riquiac, age 7; Brittany Cruz Antonio, age 7; and Destiny Cruz, age 7). The Court finds the settlements are reasonable. Based thereon, the Court approves and GRANTS Brittany Cruz Antonio’s petition. However, there are various issues precluding the granting of the other two petitions at this time.

First, as to the proposed order granting the petition for Mia, the total allowance for fees and costs should say $7,981.18, and not $8,942.36.

Second, as to the proposed order granting the petition pertaining to Destiny, total allowance for fees and expenses are $14,495.60, not $17,696.57.

THE COURT SETS AN OSC RE PURCHASE OF ANNUITY (for Brittany Cruz Antonio) ON ____________________ [120 days] IN DEPARTMENT SS-29 AT 8:30 AM. No appearance required if receipt filed.

Accordingly, the Petitions to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of Minors (Mia Riquiac, age 7; and Destiny Cruz, age 7) are CONTINUED. Counsel is ordered to file new proposed orders as to Mia and Destiny and correct the above described defect in each proposed order.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
