Tentative: CONTINUE to allow Plaintiff to correct the following defects:

(1)  Plaintiff should submit one CIV-100 for both Defendants so that the relief sought is not duplicative. The Court notes Plaintiff seeks $15,000 in special damages from Urbano, and $38,646 in special damages from Manzo, but has only submitted proof of $38,646 of medical expenses.

(2)  The following language should be set forth in paragraph 7 of each proposed judgment: "Any credit on one judgment shall apply to all judgments in this case."
