TENTATIVE

On October 5, 2022, the Court reviewed the Expedited Petitions to Approve Minors’ Compromise, (Miguel Velasco, Age 15, Abraham Velasco, age 13, and Talia Velasco, age 6). The Court identified several deficiencies and ordered counsel to file a new petition correcting the errors along with proposed orders. Counsel has yet to do so. Matter is continued to January 20, at 1:30 p.m. for the deficiencies to be rectified.
