TENTATIVE

On October 5, 2022, the Court reviewed the Expedited Petitions to Approve Minors’ Compromise, (Miguel Velasco, Age 15, Abraham Velasco, age 13, and Talia Velasco, age 6). The Court identified several deficiencies and ordered counsel to file a new petition correcting the errors along with proposed orders.

On November 17, 2022, and December 19, 2022, the Court noted that Counsel had not yet filed a new petition correcting the errors, nor the proposed orders, and continued the matter each time. However, Counsel has still not filed the new petitions and orders to rectify the deficiencies.
