TENTATIVE 

On August 17, 2022, the Court reviewed the Expedited Petition to Approve Minor’s Compromise (Isabela Alvarez, Age 15). The Court found various defects precluded the granting of the petition and continued to allow counsel to correct those defects.

On November 10, 2022, the matter was continued to allow counsel to correct the defects as outlined in the court’s August 17, 2022 minute order, as counsel had not yet done so.

Again, counsel has failed to file a new petition and proposed order to correct the defects.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
