TENTATIVE 

The motion to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff, Raul Sanchez, is CONTINUED. The declaration states that trial is not yet set, however, trial is set for June 22, 2023. Thus, a new declaration is required listing all hearings in this matter, including the motion to be relieved as counsel, the FSC, trial and the OSC. Further, the proposed order granting the motion to be relieved is blank. Thus, a new proposed order is required and must be completed filled out. Both the declaration and order should then be served on the client’s potential successors in interest, along with all defendants who have appeared. Then, a new proof of service showing they have been served is also required.
