The unopposed Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff, George Smith, is CONTINUED to 10/20/2022 to allow counsel to file a proof of service showing client has been served with notice of motion, motion, declaration and proposed order. Moreover, the proposed order currently filed with the Court is blank. Thus, counsel should prepare a new proposed order, completely fill it out, including listing all hearing dates in this matter, and serve it on client, with the moving papers then file a proof of service. Additionally, the Court notes that on item 3 of the declaration, counsel has not confirmed within the past 30 days if client’s address is current, or if counsel has been unable to confirm it is current, counsel has not indicated the efforts counsel has made.
