TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of Minor (Dominic and Alexander Ames, ages 6). The Court finds the settlements are reasonable. Based thereon, the Court approves and GRANTS Alexander Ames’ petition. However, Dominic Ames’ petition is continued for 30 days to allow the Probate Division to review the Special Needs Trust.

As such, the Petition to Approve Compromise of Disputed Claim of Minor (Dominic Ames) is CONTINUED to ______________. If the final lien amount is ready, then Petitioner should file a new petition and order, listing the amounts accordingly.
