TENTATIVE 

The unopposed Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff, George Leong, is CONTINUED to allow counsel to file a new motion, declaration and proposed order in order to update the new trial and hearing dates in the declaration and proposed order and to re-serve the client and opposing party with the papers. The currently filed proposed order and declaration are not completely filled out. Moreover, it does not appear that the proposed order was served on the client. Lastly, the notice of motion and motion must also be served on all parties who have appeared (defendant), and the proof of service only indicates that Plaintiff was served with these papers.
