TENTATIVE 

On February 16, 2023, the motion to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Nancy Horne was CONTINUED to May 16, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. because the proof of service indicates that Plaintiff was only served with the motion and declaration. The proposed order must also be served on Plaintiff. Counsel was ordered to serve Plaintiff with the proposed order and file a new proof of service showing the proposed order was served on Plaintiff.

However, counsel has not filed the proof of service yet.  If not completed by the next court date the motion will be denied.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
