TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Minor (Genesis Aleman, Age 4). The Court finds the settlement is reasonable, however, there are several deficiencies which preclude the grating of the petition at this time.

(1)  Defendant has not been served with the petition.

(2)  The written agreement to reduce the medical expenses from TBI Specialists, Inc. has not been provided.

Counsel is ordered to serve Defendant, file proof of service, and file a supplemental document attaching the agreement for reduction of medical bills from TBI Specialists, Inc.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
