TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of the claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.  

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Minor (Genesis Aleman, Age 4). The Court finds the settlement is reasonable, and based thereon, approves and GRANTS the petition.

However, there is one minor error on the proposed order granting the petition. Item 8b says the balance for Claimant is $14,044.72, when it should read $14,044.73.

Accordingly, Counsel is ordered to file a corrected proposed order.

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
