TENTATIVE

Defendants Stanley Ingel and Cohen Pagano Accountancy, Inc. seek to compel (1) Plaintiff Kenneth McBride to serve further verified responses to Special Interrogatories Nos. 1-2 and 4-6; (2) Form Interrogatories Nos. 2.5, 9.1, 9.2, 12.1, and 17.1; and (3) Request for Production Nos. 1-18. Defendants also seek further responses from Plaintiff Waiting for My Ship as to (4) Special Interrogatories 1-2 and 4-6 and (6) Form Interrogatories Nos. 2.5, 9.1, 9.2, 12.1, and 17.1.

Similarly, Defendants Laurand Management Co., Inc. and Andrea Link filed a motion to compel further responses from Plaintiffs Kenneth McBride and Waiting for My Ship to Come as to Request for Production, Nos. 1-64.

Defendants filed three motions to compel further pertaining to distinct discovery requests, yet no Informa Discovery Conference (“IDC”) has been scheduled. This Court’s Standing Order requires that an IDC be held prior to the hearing on the motion to compel further.

The Court orders the parties to schedule an IDC. Therefore, the hearing is CONTINUED. If the discovery at issue is not resolved at the IDC, the parties may submit supplemental briefs.
