The unopposed Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff, Patricia Lineweader, is CONTINUED. Plaintiff’s counsel has not filed a Declaration in Support of Attorney's Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel on Civil form MC-052. (See CRC Rule 3.1362(c).) Counsel should file the declaration on Civil form MC-052 and serve it on the client and defendant with the moving papers. Further, counsel must file a new proposed order, listing all hearings currently set; the hearings on the motion to compel further responses and motion for summary judgment are not listed on the proposed order. Counsel must also file proof of service that the new papers were served on client and defendant.
