TENTATIVE 

The Court has reviewed the Petitioner’s Expedited Petition to Approve Compromise without a hearing pursuant to Cal Rules of Court 7.950.5. The court finds that the settlement is reasonable, and based thereon, approves and GRANTS the petition. However, under item 5 of the proposed order granting the petition, total fees and expenses from the settlement should state $10,404.40, and not $3,978.85. Counsel is ordered to file a new proposed order, correcting this figure.

Accordingly, the Court schedules a hearing on this petition for            at 8:30 a.m. in Department 29. Counsel is ordered to correct the defect. 

Moving party is ordered to give notice.
