TENTATIVE 

On February 24, 2023, the Court reviewed the Petitioner’s Expedited Petition to Approve Compromise without a hearing pursuant to Cal Rules of Court 7.950.5. The court found that the settlement was reasonable, and based thereon, approved and granted the petition. However, the Court ordered counsel to correct item 5 of the proposed order granting the petition, as total fees and expenses from the settlement should have stated $10,404.40, and not $3,978.85. Counsel has now filed the new proposed order and it complies with the Court’s order.

THE COURT SETS AN OSC RE PROOF OF DEPOSIT RECEIPT for _July 25, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in Department SS-29. No appearance is required if the deposit receipt is filed prior to the hearing.
